His Grace is a retired Development Consultant, born on March 25 1941 in Arlon, Belgium. 
He Migrated to the USA is 1961and started his carrier in California in the field of emergency medicine. In 1972 His Grace moved to the State of Alaska for 24 years, till 1998 and is now ones again living in
California.
He has traveled on four continents, earning a reputation as one of the most trusted consultant in matters of Emergency Services and Public Relations. He holds a degree in Business Administration and has an Associate degree in the field of Emergency Medicine, He also received an Honorary Doctor degree in the field of Heraldry and Ceremonials from the Republic of Colombia and the University of Santa Fe de Bogota. His Grace has also been inducted in several Chivalric Orders worldwide.
While in Alaska, His Grace served as a consultant to 3 Alaska Governors and 5 Russian Far East Governors as a consultant in education/ cultural exchanges and serves as the Emergency Service Coordinator for the State of Alaska. His last trip to Russia was in 1995 at the request of the Governor of Alaska, Tony Knowels to render assistance to the victims of a massive earthquake on the island of Sakaline lifting well over two million dollars of medical supplies with the help of the Alaska Air National Guard.
His Grace was appointed as the Supreme Grand Exarch from 1999 to 2004 and was charged to governs the Order of Constantine the Great & Saint Helen in the Americas and to reestablish the Orders in
Europe.
His Grace is a world traveler and in his early years he enjoyed Working with wild animals, Flying as a private pilot, Sport fishing, photography of wild animals and meeting people of divers cultures. H.G was excepted as a Drummer by the Inupiate tribe dance group of Kotzebue, Alaska and is now living in Southern California.
